The Sakura Koi Grey Series 6-Pack is a curated set of neutral tones built for shading and grayscale work rather than general coloring — three pairs of cool and warm grays, plus a light neutral oatmeal tone and a dark anchor gray. The cool grays suit harder, colder subjects like metal or slate shadows, while the warm grays work better for organic or skin-tone shading, so you've got the right base gray on hand instead of trying to push a single all-purpose gray in both directions.

Each pen uses the same flexible fiber brush tip as the rest of the Koi range, springing back to a fine point after a broader stroke, and the ink is streak-free enough to layer multiple passes without muddying the page underneath. The set comes in a small clear vinyl wallet sized for a pocket or bag rather than a full pen case.
