The On The Run OTR.8190 Empty Steel Tip Pen is a clean little tool for fine, controlled lines with a bit of attitude. It comes empty, ready to fill with whatever ink or paint you want — that’s the fun part. You can load it with thin ink for detailed tags or thicker paint for lines that bite.
The 1 mm steel ball tip gives you sharp, consistent flow, perfect for writing on smooth or rough surfaces — metal, glass, plastic, stickers, whatever. It’s got 12 ml capacity, so you can fill it up and keep going without running dry too quick.
