Each sheet is divided into distinct zones — an expansive center section for lined note-taking, a dedicated upper margin for project titles and dates, a sidebar for deadlines and task checkboxes, and a bottom row for key takeaways. This structured format suits corporate project management, client meeting documentation, and long-form business planning where standard ruled notebooks lack organizational structure.

The rigid leather-grained black hardcover opens completely flat at 180° across a desk. 240 ivory pages on 70 g/m² acid-free, pH-neutral archival paper. Includes a blank master project index, 22 detachable to-do list pages, 8 micro-perforated rear sheets, and custom adhesive indexing tab sheets throughout.
